The spirit of West Sikkim, whose constructive
thoughts jointly in development sector achieved a positive social development
changes towards bringing an extraordinary
repute to the platform ANDS by way of building the deprived and disadvantaged
community all the way though participatory method for their economic as well as
livelihood sustainability long run. ANDS always respects and pays its heartiest honour for
